This summer brings new and extremely exciting opportunities! My first out-of-England festival experience will be at the unbeatable HELLFEST. 

Held at Clisson – France on June 20th - 22nd, the open air ‘extreme’ music festival, now in its 14^th year, has hosted some of the biggest names in Rock, Punk and Metal including Korn, Machine Head, Ozzy Osbourne and Motörhead.

This year nonetheless, has an almost unbelievable line up, comprising of bands such as Opeth, Slayer, Trivium and Soulfly, to name but a few.

However the real, irresistible selling point of 2014’s Hellfest is the bands that grace the main stage; Rob Zombie and Iron Maiden head up Friday, with Status Quo, Deep Purple and Aerosmith on Saturday, and on Sunday…no other than my all-time favourite band – BLACK SABBATH, supported by Soundgarden and Megadeth. If you’re there, come say hello (and bring me a beer)…if you’re not there, sort your life out and buy a ticket – A line up as strong as this is a rarity in the modern music scene, not one to be missed!
